Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
StratLine Coaching (“StratLine”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides executive coaching services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information about you when you visit our website at stratline.coach or engage us for coaching services.
Our core promise: secure and confidential, no AI training
StratLine is built on confidentiality. The substance of your coaching conversations — anything shared by a client with their coach — is treated as strictly confidential and is never used as training data for any artificial intelligence or machine-learning system, whether operated by us or by a third party. We do not license, sell, or share conversation content with any external AI provider for model training. This commitment is absolute and does not change based on aggregation or anonymization.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide when you email us or engage our services (for example, your name, work email, employer, and role).
- Engagement information required to deliver coaching — for example, scheduling details, session attendance, and billing/administrative details where applicable.
- Website information collected automatically when you browse the site (for example, basic request logs kept by our hosting provider). The site itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
We do not collect or retain the content of coaching conversations in any searchable or centralized form. Notes taken by a coach remain the property of that coach and are governed by their professional confidentiality obligations.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and schedule coaching engagements.
- To deliver, administer, and invoice for coaching services.
- To communicate with you about your engagement and, if you opt in, occasional updates.
- To protect the security and integrity of our systems and comply with applicable law.
How we share information
We share personal information only where necessary to operate our services: with the coach assigned to your engagement, with a small number of vetted service providers (for example, email, hosting, and scheduling), and where required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Where we engage HR teams who sponsor coaching on behalf of their employees, we share aggregate engagement information (for example, that sessions took place) but never the substance of coaching conversations.
International transfers
Our clients and coaches are global. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on service providers with recognized security and privacy safeguards.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to deliver services, meet legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations, after which we securely delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email Hello@StratLine.Coach. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, present a cookie notice.
Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take our obligation to safeguard your information seriously and review our practices regularly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where required.
